The Poor Review

OvenGleamers Poor Review Tiverton April 2018.

Reviews have become important to us not only for our business in the Bristol office, but for our franchise network. We are using a review app, called Nearby Now,  which allows us to send a review to a customer once they have had their oven cleaned. We have been sending them to every customer for a while now. It is sent via email or through SMS. They fill out a form and then the review is posted onto our website. So far we are up to 1200 reviews, with 4.9 average out of 5. (see www.ovengleamers.com/reivews.html). Once posted we can’t change them. So it’s a case of every OvenGleamer doing his best to get the best possible review. That is doing the full strip down deep clean of ovens, range cookers, and in this case AGA cookers.

We only got a three star review for this job the OvenGleamers did in Tiverton on Thursday 26 April 2018. We don’t know why as it looks an impressive job to us and we do know that the full clean was carried out with no skimping on effort. That is the whole of the inside of ovens three and four, all enamel, lids on both sides, enamel top, hot plates etc. The operative did get interrupted in mid clean as he let the AGA service engineer, who was running early, service the AGA – this took the engineer an hour.

The customer made the comment – “not a thorough a clean as their competitors”. We are investigating to see how we can make our cleans even more amazing! And why a competitors would be more thorough, when we cleaned everything there was to clean.  We will find out what we missed and correct it and we will put here the things we missed.
