AGA Cooker Restoration

OvenGleamers offer a restoration service where in addition to cleaning your AGA cooker. We have often cleaned AGAs and then thought if only the customer had replaced that then the AGA would have looked brand new. For example on older AGAs the thermometer gauge can become look tatty with the paint often wearing off. The inner doors on the ovens can become battered and unsightly. Inner lids can become buckled and dented. Chrome domes can look very unsightly if very scratched. We can sort these out for you and these replacements and our AGA clean will bring the life back to your AGA to make it again the heart of your home.

We can also carry out these replacements.

We can do the following:

1. New lid restoration. We can replace the inner lid of your AGA.

2. New Lid rope replacement. This will mean replacing your existing rope with a steel gauze replacement.

3. New thermometer badge replacement.

4. New AGA ‘Chrome’ Dome replacement.

5. New inner door replacement.

6. New inner door rope replacement.

7. We can improve the insulation on your doors by changing the insulation material for a more efficient modern material.

8. Also we can quote you for a new Enamel AGA Top replacement which includes both the lids being replaced. We do this on a part exchange basis and will arrive with the top and lids ready to put onto your cooker. We will then replace your top and take away your old top and lids.

Please note we are currently only offering these services in the South West from our Bristol Office, but we can travel. We will need some information about your AGA so in addition to ringing us if you would send us some photos of your AGA then will enable us to give you a more accurate quote.
