Disclaimer on Pre-Existing Oven Defects
At OvenGleamers, we take pride in providing a comprehensive, meticulous cleaning service for ovens of all types. However, we recognize that certain older ovens or specific models may have pre-existing defects that could affect their durability and performance.
As part of our service, we disassemble parts of the oven for a thorough clean, and in some cases, we may encounter components that are already worn or compromised due to age, design, or previous usage.
Please be advised of the following issues: though we’ve only ever had two instances of fittings on the NEFF Pyrolytic oven so is rare but this may change as these ovens get older.
• NEFF Pyrolytic Ovens: Due to the high temperatures in self-cleaning cycles, some fittings may become brittle or weakened over time. This can result in breakage during routine maintenance, such as removing the fan cover.
• NEFF Hide & Slide Ovens: These models are known to sometimes experience wear in the door sliders, as well as issues with foot locks, which can impact safe usage or prevent proper operation.
• Other Older Appliances: As with any older appliance, certain components may have deteriorated over time and may be more vulnerable to damage during disassembly and cleaning.
By using our services, customers acknowledge that pre-existing conditions may be present in their appliances, and OvenGleamers cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from these latent defects. If you have concerns about the integrity of your oven’s fittings or other components, we recommend consulting with an appliance repair specialist prior to cleaning.
