Coronavirus Message from Catherine Rogers OvenGleamers Operations Director

Hello, it's Catherine Rogers from OvenGleamers again, and we're now getting to the stage that we need your help, please. 

As small business owners with employees, we know how difficult things are becoming and we personally, we'd like to keep our business afloat and we need your help, please. We have, we already have very strict hygiene procedures anyway, with the business.

We have now gone one step further. We are now encouraging, well, pretty much enforcing, all our employees to social-distance themselves from anybody but their immediate family and the customers that we go to on a daily basis.

We're encouraging you to social-distance yourselves from us when we come to clean your oven for you. So, feel free to stick your head out the window and tell us that the door's on the latch and to come in, clean the appliance and come out again.

Also, what we're doing with that is post the clean, we are using an anti-bacterial spray post the clean, we are using an anti-bacterial spray to clean all your cooker handles, the bits that you touch on the cooker, on the extractor, on the hob or the knobs, all that kind of stuff, and your door handles on our way out of the building, so that we leave everything fresh, clean, and virus-free so that we leave everything fresh, clean, and virus-free when we've been in.

And also to keep the business afloat, we don't know how long this is going to go on for, so we're appealing to you to help us by booking with us. So, we are now introducing some great, great offers for you just because we need your help to keep the cash flow building, and without people like you helping us keeping it coming and going, and keeping our employees in work and money coming in, none of us are going to survive this situation, financially. So, do ring us. Do call us. We have got some amazing deals on for you now. I wouldn't normally discount the level that I am doing now. It just breaks my heart, breaks my heart! You know, we offer a premium service at a premium price, but we want to keep, we want to make sure that we're here for you once everyone comes out of this mess.

This, I don't even know what to call it, this pandemic, I suppose, that's happening for all of us at the moment. So, give us a ring, help us out. Help out our network of OvenGleamers across the country. We are the network which has the safest cleaning process. We are the network which has the safest cleaning process. We don't use, we don't need to bring... So, we don't need anything from your home. We don't come in, we don't need to take any water from your home, we don't need to use your sink. We carry everything with us that we need, which then stops us contaminating any other surface, or anything like that at all. We're not having to be anywhere other than cleaning the appliance that we're in for, and then we're anti-bacteria-ing our way from that out, as well.

As you know, we take payment at bookings, so there's no dealing with cash or we'll get sued. It's all done over the phone, so there's no cash handling. We leave paperwork behind for you. There's no requirement at the moment to just sign-off the work. We're quite happy for you to kind of, we'll walk out of the room, after we walk out of the room, you'll come and check the appliance if there's any issue, you just kind of shout to him, and just say, "Please have another look at..." whatever it is, and we would do that for you, and he will come back and clean anything that's a mess.

But please help us, and help the economy by still booking with us, and take advantage of the amazing offers that we have on now for immediate bookings. But also for future bookings, if you want to buy a gift voucher now to use in the future because you're currently in a self-isolation situation and you can't use us now, then again, we've massively discounted those as well.
