Unlike a the job a regular cleaning company will do; we do the full strip down and complete deep clean, cleaning the whole oven, all of the door including the inside of it, the fan area, including the fan itself, the ceiling of the oven, the racks/shelves and the grill pan.
The price we will quote you on the phone will be the totally inclusive price you pay, and includes replacement bulbs if necessary. We leave you with a full VAT receipt on completion of work. (If Franchise area is VAT registered - non are as of May 2020).
We use an ECO Cleaning Process which means that, unlike our competitors who use strong Caustic Chemicals, your oven will not suffer from rust caused by leaving behind caustic residue.
We clean all sorts of ovens and can clean ovens in all sorts of accommodation from bedsits, to shared housing, to large halls of residents.
For extractors we recommend that extractors are cleaned regularly and at least when you get your oven cleaned. This is to stay safe and ensure that your tenants don't cause a fire by using a saturated extractor which could easily ignite if there was ever a flare up on the hob when they were cooking.
We have noticed a trend for landlords to overlook the state of the extractor fan over the hob and they are being left in a dangerous and unsafe state. So ensure that you stay safe and get your extractors cleaned when you book in your ovens and hobs to be cleaned. We will leave your extractor clean, and safe, and with extractor paper that will tell you (by turning red) when it needs changing again.
We clean with eco products and ensure that all residue from our cleans is removed by polishing up the appliances to make them gleam. Some of our competitors don’t do this and we know of an incident where the wrong cleaning of an oven in a managed property caused a problem when the new tenant moved in. They switched on the oven, which had just been cleaned by a competitor of ours, it smoked burning of the residue left behind. The smoke filled the room and set off the accommodation water sprinklers and the water caused the ceiling of the apartment below to collapse causing extensive damage. We remove all product residue to ensure this doesn't happen.
We are happy to provide a Key Collection service to pick up any keys from agents or from the Landlords home or office. And of course to drop them off again.
